Custom Services (Design, Editing, IT Support):
- Payments are non-refundable once work has started.
- If a project is canceled before significant work begins, a partial refund may be considered.
- Minor revisions are included; major changes outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
Digital Products (Graphics, Tools, Templates):
- All digital downloads are non-refundable after purchase.
- If you experience technical issues (e.g., file not opening), we will assist or provide a new copy at no extra cost.
